Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia? Bangkok, Thailand? Manila, Phillipines? What?!

Kerry, a technician for one of our international customers, recently made a whirlwind tour of these cities and more as he provided service at some of the most remote locations served by ESS.

While our integrated security services are focused on Southeastern Wisconsin, our international customers occasionally have some hands-on needs away from headquarters. Kerry tended issues with cameras, access control, panels, programming and more throughout his 10-day tour. The trip allowed first-hand inspection of systems to assess needs moving forward.

Additionally, Kerry had time for some sightseeing and to explore the local culture. “It was a fantastic opportunity that I might not have experienced without this work. I’m looking forward to any similar possibilities in the future,” said Kerry.
