Are you a service tech in commercial integrated security systems with at least four years of experience? We have an exciting new position, available due to continued growth of a local company that has been in business for more than 20 years.

This new position will be a hybrid, 75% service tech, 25% IT. Our ideal candidate is familiar with surveillance camera troubleshooting and also has some understanding of PC hardware and assembly. You’ve worked with port forwarding and remote access troubleshooting. You’re comfortable with networking technology and IT schemes. Have you worked small business or residential and are ready to move up to larger integrated commercial systems? And most importantly, are you able to communicate well with a customer? Then come on in for a conversation.

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience, Genetec experience is a huge plus. Overtime is available. We provide in-house, manufacturer, field and industry training. Pay listed is a starting range and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with remote access to access control and CCTV systems.
  • Work and collaborate directly with the service and install teams.
  • Participate in on-call service rotation.
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and that the company follows all regulatory rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in electronic security industry, Genetec experience is a huge plus!

Are you commercial integrated security systems technician working with Genetec in the past year? Do you know DMP? Do you regularly work with Axis and Hanwha IP cameras? We have a new position, available due to continued growth of a local company that has been in business for more than 20 years.

This seasoned technician will install new equipment, repair or replaces inoperative equipment and test for operations. This individual must be able to read building electrical & sprinkler plans as required. A minimum of 5 years experience in the electronic security industry, with some Genetec experience is required. A focus on professionalism and communication is key to this role. We provide in-house, manufacturer, field and industry training. Overtime is available. Pay listed is a starting range and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation of access control systems, digital and analog camera systems, intercoms and alarm systems.
