Engineered Security Solutions (ESS) is proud to announce that Aaron Wingate, our Director of Integrated Sales, was awarded Salesman of the Year from the Wisconsin Security Association. Aaron has worked with ESS for more than 15 years. He spent his first 10 years as a field technician, so he knows the technology inside and out. Now in sales, he continues to stay on top of the ever-changing technology to problem solve the best solutions with customers.

“Aaron doesn’t really ‘sell,’ he solves problems,” said Rich Hewitt, ESS president. “I’ve worked with a lot of people in North America, and I think he is the smartest, most knowledgeable person I’ve worked with. On top of that, he’s always available to help teammates and customers…whether that be off hours or not.”

While Aaron currently spends much of his time with global companies, he is an invaluable asset to the ESS team. Brian Bautz, owner and CEO of ESS said, “Aaron understands and picks up technology for real world application for everything from small to global companies.
