We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including national accounts; negotiate and manage contracts; and develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.

We have built our reputation on integrity and problem solving for our customers. We supply project management and technical support, but our most successful sales professionals have the ability to design the security system with their customers. As a keyKey account manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network with principal customers to identify and address specific needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement new strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and industry technology and suggest new ways to increase sales

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in commercial electronic integrated security
  • Excellent customer service
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
