Job description:

The Installation coordinator position is a crucial point of contact for customers, sales and operation. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am to 5pm.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact with customers regarding new installations.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, screen and follow up with routine items to facilitate timely resolution.
- Add/update records regarding communication with customers into the system.
- Exceed customer needs through professional and courteous practices.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding changes, satisfaction and service updates.
- Provide administrative support for the operations team.
- Maintain confidential, organized and comprehensive compliant filing system.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents as needed.
- Follow up with customer after installation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Candidate Specifications:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience. Experience in a sales/service based company a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Data entry skills – attention to detail a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Windows based programs.
- Experience in QuickBooks is helpful.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Stellar attendance.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Creative problem solver with decision making ability.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and organization.
- Must pass a state and federal criminal background check and drug screening.
