The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling ESS services and technology, leveraging relationships,
closing new business for ESS and ensuring customer retention. The Account Executive is responsible for securing profitable sales and
upgrades to new, existing and discontinued ESS customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post
installation follow-ups. This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services.
- Duties and Responsibilities:

- Adhere to current ESS policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
- Create new market share by selling ESS products and services to new local customers.
- Sell additional products and services to existing accounts. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers’ expectations.
- Renew existing customer agreements.
- Responsible for resale opportunities.
- Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
- Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers’ issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.
- Obtain referrals.
- Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
- Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.
- Education:
- College degree preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales
industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.

Locates & clears trouble with damaged equipment or wiring, readjusts equipment, installs new equipment, repairs or
replaces inoperative equipment and test for operations. Able to read building electrical & sprinkler plans as required
for clearing equipment trouble. Minimum of 2 years experience installing, inspecting, & repairing similar equipment.
- Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and programming access control systems,
CCTV, digital recorders, and intercom systems for our clients.
- Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills, and the ability diagnose problems and solve them efficiently;
- Needs to be able to work independently, and be a self-motivator;
- Must be familiar with the hardware, software and programming of primary access control products;
- Software house certification and/or experience a must;
- Must be familiar with all approved CCTV products – analog/digital;
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle;
- Must have a clean driving record;
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
